About the job 

As an IT Support Trainee at Orifarm, you will serve as the initial point of contact for many employees in the organization. Therefore, you will gain a comprehensive knowledge about different procedures, handling of devices, etc.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Providing support to internal users regarding their technology related needs
  • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, telephony and other related technology devices. Offering both local and remote assistance to internal users.
  • Following and developing Standard Operating Procedures, as well as maintaining detailed documentation
  • Following the system development life cycle methodology, policies and standards.

Operating within an international setting where English serves as the primary language, we require that both your CV and application is submitted in English. Additionally, you must expect that interviews will be conducted in English.

 

About you

The position is solely for students currently undergoing the Danish education as IT Supporter. More precisely, it is aimed at those students who have completed their basic training (grundforløb) and are ready for the next phase.

Who are we?

The IT department in Orifarm is divided into smaller teams. As an IT Support Trainee, you will join our dedicated IT support team, which spans various locations across Europe including the Czech Republic, Germany, and Denmark. While the manager of the IT Support department is based in the CZ, your reference will be the manager of our IT Operations team, located in Odense.

 

Orifarm is an international company, and our team provides support to users across all locations. We work closely with other IT teams primarily based in Denmark. The Danish support team primarily serves users in the Nordic region but also extends assistance to our colleagues in the Czech Republic when required. Given the diverse scope of our company and its dynamic environment, there will be ample challenges for the right candidate.

 

Your primary tool will be the ticket system where we handle and prioritize all the tickets and tasks. We strive to deliver a good service and experience for the users by continuously improving the process.
