Senior Project Manager

– Leading Strategic High impact Corporate Projects

We are looking for a passionate Senior Project Manager who thrives with the responsibility of managing strategic corporate projects and is adept at engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization, both internal and external. As a Senior Project Manager, you should be comfortable operating in a strategic environment and confident in handling projects that drive significant organizational change within our business.

About the job 

As our Senior Project Manager, you will lead our Corporate Strategic Projects, guiding them in all aspects of Project Management from start to finish. You will be managing one or several projects concurrently, responsible for coordinating and managing project teams, allocating resources, developing project timelines, conducting risk assessments, and managing project budgets.

Another key part of your role involves building and maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders on all levels, as well as ensuring effective coordination, regular follow-ups and steady progression. By doing so, you will help deliver successful project outcomes that meet customer expectations and achieve project targets.

Who are you? 

We imagine that you have a relevant educational background within business or IT, where you have learned the essential Project Management skills. However, most important is your commercial mindset, experience in workshop facilitation, and ideally, a few years of experience in managing IT-intensive projects. In addition, you should have 5+ years of experience in handling and managing complex projects. While prior experience within Pharma Trade or a Pharmaceutical company is not required, it could be an advantage for you to get a faster onboarding.

As this role involves collaboration with colleagues across multiple departments and countries, excellent communication skills and cultural awareness are crucial, just as strong stakeholder management and networking skills are essential.

Furthermore, a proactive approach and a drive for change is valued, as we are continuously evolving our project management practices. Moreover, adaptability is essential, given our fast-paced work environment with demanding schedules and ambitious goals.

You will be a part of a team with highly dedicated colleagues

• The team consists of 6 dedicated colleagues with diverse background and experience. We are a part of the Corporate Development Unit,, in which PPMO, M&A activities, and Strategic development are placed.
• The culture and tone in the department are open – we laugh a lot and take care of each other. All team members are placed at our HQ in Odense, but we also have a location in Søborg – it is a prerequisite that you will be at our HQ min. two days a week.

  • Implementation of a new Quality Management System
  • Implementation of a new Human Resource Platform
  • Close-Down of an internal GMP factory facility
  • Implementation of Corporate Compliance regulated Processes
  • Integrations according to our M&A activities
